1. Introduction

The DJ SOUND FX PRO application (hereinafter "the Application") is developed by Peter ITIAH as an ad-supported app. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

2. Data Collection and Usage

For a better experience while using our Service, we may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The Application utilizes third-party services that declare their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. Google may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) to provide personalized or non-personalized ads.

• Google Play Services (for Android users).

3. Permissions and File Access (Import Feature)

The Application requests access to your device's storage (appropriate permissions for iOS/Android).

• Purpose: This permission is solely used to allow the user to select and import their own audio files (MP3, WAV) into the Soundboard ("Custom FX" feature).

• Privacy: Audio files you import remain stored locally on your device. No personal audio files are uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties. The Application only reads files that you explicitly select.

4. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products like Google Play Console or App Store Connect) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

5. Cookies

This Application does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries (such as AdMob) that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.

6. Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.

7. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
