envision your dream event, view package options, & ask questions!
complete initial inquiry forms to receive a quote
i'll use this first form (found here & below) to create a quote for your reservation, including an itemized list of services. this will be emailed to the email you submit in your initial form.
submit deposit to secure your date
after reviewing your quote, you can confirm your reservation by submitting your deposit. information on both of these will be emailed to you directly.
complete event info forms
after receiving your deposit, i will send you a form based on your package selection. this will have all of the nitty-gritty details of your big day, so it's okay to take some time to complete them, and you'll have the ability to change your answers! please include as much information as possible so i can put my best foot forward in creating your dream day.
schedule a consultation
i'll review your details and reach out to schedule a phone call meeting using the number you provide. this should take about 30 minutes, and it's just to make sure we're on the same page for the day's events!
confirm final details
things change, and that's okay! if you need to change a song, entrance order, etc., please feel free to reach out and let me know! even if it's possible that it changes again, it's important that i have your most up-to-date desires ready to go.
day-of check-in
on your big day, i'll let you know when i've arrived to the venue for ease of mind! we can plan the best way to do this in our consultation call, whether it's in person, via call, or via coordinator!
