Effective Date: June 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DJ Mixer - DJ Music Mix (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
DJ Mixer - DJ Music Mix is a music creation and simulation application that allows users to play, mix, edit, record, and manage audio content on their devices.
The App does not include artificial intelligence features and does not require users to create an account.
We do not directly collect information such as your name, physical address, phone number, email address, contacts, or payment card information through the App.
However, certain technical and usage information may be collected automatically through third-party services used for analytics, advertising, performance monitoring, and application stability.
The App may allow you to select audio or music files stored on your device for playback, mixing, editing, or remix creation.
Access to these files is used only to provide the features you request. Audio files selected from your device are processed locally and are not automatically uploaded to servers operated by us.
Depending on your Android version, the App may use the Android system file picker or request permission to access audio and media files stored on your device.
You control which audio files are selected and used within the App.
The App may allow you to record, create, export, or save music mixes and other audio content.
These files are normally stored locally on your device or in a location selected by you. We do not automatically receive or store your recordings.
When you choose to share an exported file, the file is handled by the application, platform, or service you select. The privacy practices of that third-party service will apply to the shared content.
If the App includes a feature that records audio through your device’s microphone, it may request microphone permission.
Microphone access is used only when you activate a recording feature that requires it. The App does not use the microphone to listen to you in the background.
Audio captured through the microphone is processed for the requested recording feature and is not automatically uploaded to our servers.
The App may need access to device storage or media folders to:
Load audio files selected by you;
Save recordings and exported mixes;
Manage files created through the App; and
Allow you to open, share, or delete created content.
The App does not access unrelated personal documents stored on your device.
When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically by third-party software development kits, including Firebase and advertising services.
This information may include:
Device type, manufacturer, and model;
Operating system and Android version;
App version;
Language and general region settings;
IP address;
Advertising identifiers or app-instance identifiers;
Device and network information;
App launches, session duration, and screen interactions;
Features used and buttons selected;
Advertising impressions, clicks, and interactions;
Crash reports, diagnostic information, and performance data; and
Approximate location inferred from an IP address.
We use this information to operate the App, understand how users interact with its features, improve performance, fix technical issues, prevent fraud, and support advertising.
The App uses Firebase services provided by Google, which may include:
Google Analytics for Firebase;
Firebase Crashlytics;
Firebase Remote Config; and
Other Firebase infrastructure or performance services.
These services may collect app-instance identifiers, device information, usage events, crash logs, diagnostic data, and performance information.
We use analytics information to:
Measure App usage and engagement;
Identify popular or underused features;
Monitor technical performance;
Detect and fix crashes or errors;
Improve the user experience; and
Evaluate the effectiveness of App updates.
Analytics information is generally processed in an aggregated or pseudonymous form. We do not use Firebase Analytics to directly identify you by name.
Google processes information collected through Firebase according to its own privacy policies and service terms.
The App displays advertisements and may use Google AdMob or other advertising partners.
Advertising providers may automatically collect or receive information such as:
Advertising identifiers;
IP address;
Device and operating system information;
App interactions;
Ad impressions and clicks;
Approximate location;
Diagnostic information; and
Information used to detect fraud and measure advertising performance.
Depending on your region, device settings, age eligibility, and consent choices, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Personalized advertising may use information about your activity and interests to show more relevant advertisements. Non-personalized advertising may still use contextual information, approximate location, device information, frequency controls, and fraud-prevention data.
Where required by law, the App or its advertising partners may present a consent form before using certain information for personalized advertising.
You can manage advertising privacy settings through your device settings, Google account settings, or any privacy options made available within the App.
The App may use services provided by third parties, including:
Google Play Services;
Google Firebase;
Google Analytics for Firebase;
Google AdMob; and
Android system sharing and media services.
These third parties may process information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of external applications, websites, or services.
Information processed through the App and its third-party services may be used to:
Provide music playback, mixing, recording, editing, and export features;
Maintain and improve App performance;
Understand how users interact with the App;
Diagnose crashes, bugs, and technical issues;
Display and measure advertisements;
Prevent fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity;
Maintain the security and integrity of the App;
Comply with legal obligations; and
Enforce applicable policies and terms.
We do not sell information that directly identifies you, such as your name, phone number, or email address.
We may share or allow information to be processed in the following circumstances:
Information may be processed by service providers that help us deliver analytics, advertising, crash reporting, hosting, security, and technical support services.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests;
Protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or the App;
Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or policy violations; or
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If responsibility for the App is transferred through a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or similar transaction, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
When you choose to share a recording, remix, or other file through another application or service, that content will be provided to the service selected by you.
Audio files, recordings, projects, and exported content stored locally on your device remain there until you delete them, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.
Information collected by third-party analytics and advertising services may be retained according to their own retention policies and legal obligations.
We retain information under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide and maintain the App;
Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
Resolve disputes;
Prevent fraud or abuse; and
Comply with legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information associated with the App.
However, no electronic transmission, storage system, mobile application, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any audio files or recordings stored on it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
Request access to information associated with you;
Request correction or deletion of certain information;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
Submit a complaint to an applicable data protection authority.
Because the App does not require an account and we may not directly identify individual users, we may need additional information to verify and process a privacy request.
You may also control data processing by:
Denying or revoking App permissions in Android settings;
Deleting recordings or exported files from your device;
Clearing the App’s storage or cache;
Resetting or deleting your device’s advertising identifier;
Adjusting advertising privacy settings;
Withdrawing advertising consent where available; or
Uninstalling the App.
To submit a privacy request, contact us at:

You can review or revoke permissions granted to the App through your Android device settings.
Some features may not function correctly if required permissions are denied. For example, the App may be unable to load locally stored music or save recordings without the appropriate media or storage access.
Revoking permission does not automatically delete files previously created and stored on your device.
The App is not directed specifically to children under the age required to consent to data processing in their country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Because the App uses third-party advertising and analytics services, parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the App and review applicable device and advertising privacy controls.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us at phanphuocchaulinh@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action where required.
Third-party service providers used by the App may process information on servers located outside your country or region.
As a result, information may be transferred to countries with data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, service providers may use appropriate legal safeguards for international data transfers.
Residents of certain US states may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, or the use of personal information for targeted advertising.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. Certain advertising activities may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar processing under some state privacy laws.
You may manage personalized advertising through available consent controls, App privacy settings, Android settings, or Google advertising settings.
You may also contact us at phanphuocchaulinh@gmail.com to submit a privacy request.
Where applicable, information may be processed under one or more of the following legal bases:
Your consent;
Performance of a service requested by you;
Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the App;
Compliance with legal obligations; and
Protection of legal rights and safety.
Where consent is required for personalized advertising or related storage and access technologies, you may be shown a consent form. You may withdraw or modify your choices through available privacy controls.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
Some browsers and devices offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to these signals in mobile applications, the App may not respond to all such signals.
You can control permissions, advertising identifiers, and personalized advertising through your device and account settings.
The App may allow you to open external websites or share content through third-party applications.
We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those third parties. Review their privacy policies before submitting or sharing information.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, record, edit, remix, export, or share any audio content through the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will include a new effective date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
