I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Yonsei University. Prior to joining Yonsei University in Sep. 2024, I was fortunate to spend 1.5 valuable years at Purdue University, working with Prof. Christopher G. Brinton (as part of the ION Lab) and Prof. Mung Chiang (as part of the EDGE Lab). I received my B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from KAIST in 2016, 2018, and 2022, respectively, under the supervision of Prof. Jaekyun Moon (as part of the MoonLab).
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, KAIST, Feb. 2022.
Thesis: Fast and Robust Distributed Machine Learning (Best Ph.D. Dissertation Award from KAIST EE)
M.S. in Electrical Engineering, KAIST, Feb. 2018.
Thesis: Combined Window-Filter Waveform Design for Ultra-Low Latency Communications
B.S. in Mathematics & Electrical Engineering (Double Major), KAIST, Feb. 2016.
