I am attempting to use djay pro AI (which I am indeed subscribed to and paying for) on an iPhone Xr with the DJM 250 mk2. Not trying to midi map any of the controls, just trying to get the audio to route through the mixer so I can mix externally (and then eventually start using DVS with it). According to -us/articles/5822155894034-Which-DVS-compatible-mixers-work-with-djay-for-iOS-and-Mac-, "djay supports any audio interface, mixer, and MIDI controller that is supported on the respective platform".

When I plug the USB cable from the mixer to the lightning USB adapter ( ) USB port while djay is running and while the mixer is on, the app immediately recognizes the 250mk2 as a midi device and I can configure the midi capabilities if I want. However, when I go to the Audio Device section of djay and then set mixer mode to External, I am not able to see any of the channels for the mixer in the various dropdowns for deck 1, deck 2, etc. Any idea why? I just verified that I get the same behavior in the macOS version of djay running on a laptop (15 inch MacBook Pro from late 2013, running Big Sur). Thank you in advance.

Literally using virtual DJ now cuz Soundswitch is really rocking my socks. But djay pro is 10,000 times a better software. I want the best of both worlds: djay pro with Soundswitch integration would be the best thing ever
