DMCA Policy

This DMCA Policy applies to DJ Mixer - DJ Music Studio (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the App to do the same. This Policy explains how copyright owners may report alleged copyright infringement associated with the App.

1. User Responsibility for Audio Content

DJ Mixer - DJ Music Studio is a music creation and simulation application that may allow users to:

• Import audio or music files from their devices;

• Play and mix audio tracks;

• Create remixes or music projects;

• Record audio or mixed music;

• Export created audio files; and

• Share exported content through third-party applications or services.

Users are solely responsible for all audio files, music, recordings, remixes, samples, sound effects, and other content they access, import, edit, mix, record, export, or share through the App.

By using any content in the App, users represent that they:

• Own the content;

• Have obtained permission from the copyright owner;

• Have a valid license to use the content; or

• Are otherwise legally permitted to use the content.

The App does not grant users any ownership rights or licenses to third-party music or copyrighted content.

2. Local Content Processing

The App is primarily a tool for music playback, mixing, recording, and audio creation.

Audio files selected or created by users are generally processed and stored locally on their devices. We do not normally host, publish, distribute, or publicly display user audio files on servers operated by us.

Because we may not have access to files stored locally on a user’s device, we may be unable to remove or disable access to such files directly.

If allegedly infringing content has been shared through a third-party platform, website, social network, messaging service, cloud storage provider, or other external service, the copyright owner should also contact the operator of that service.

3. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that copyrighted material available through, distributed by, or directly associated with the App infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice.

Your notice should include the following information:

1. Your full legal name and contact information, including a valid email address;

2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of works if multiple copyrighted works are involved;

3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including sufficient information to help us locate or identify it;

4. A description of where the material appears, such as:

   • The relevant App screen or feature;

   • A link to the Google Play listing;

   • A screenshot;

   • A file name;

   • A third-party URL; or

   • Other relevant identifying information;

5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law;

6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate;

7. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and

8. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Review and Response

After receiving a complete copyright infringement notice, we may:

• Review the reported material;

• Request additional information;

• Investigate whether the material is controlled, hosted, or distributed by us;

• Remove or disable access to the material where technically possible;

• Modify or remove App content that we control;

• Notify relevant users or third-party providers;

• Restrict access to certain features; or

• Take other action we consider appropriate.

Submitting a notice does not guarantee that any particular action will be taken.

We may be unable to remove content that:

• Is stored only on a user’s device;

• Was independently obtained by a user;

• Is controlled by a third-party platform;

• Cannot be identified from the information provided; or

• Is not hosted, published, or distributed by us.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you submitted or controlled was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification.

The counter-notification should include:

1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address;

2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled;

3. A description of where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;

4. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification;

5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your place of residence or another legally applicable jurisdiction;

6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice or that person’s agent; and

7. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where legally permitted, we may restore the affected material after forwarding the counter-notification to the original complainant, unless we receive notice that legal action has been filed.

6. Repeat Infringement

Where applicable and technically possible, we may restrict or terminate access to the App or certain features for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

We may also take action against users who:

• Repeatedly submit unauthorized copyrighted content;

• Abuse copyright reporting procedures;

• Submit fraudulent notices;

• Provide false or misleading information; or

• Use the App to facilitate copyright infringement.

7. False or Misleading Claims

Submitting a false, fraudulent, or misleading copyright complaint or counter-notification may result in legal liability.

You should carefully review your claim and consider whether the use of the content may be permitted under applicable law, including fair use, fair dealing, license terms, public-domain status, or another legal exception.

We may disregard notices that are incomplete, clearly invalid, abusive, or unrelated to content controlled by the App.

8. App-Provided Audio and Assets

The App may include built-in audio samples, loops, beats, sound effects, graphics, icons, or other materials.

These materials may be:

• Owned by us;

• Properly licensed from third parties;

• Obtained from royalty-free sources;

• Used under an applicable license; or

• Available under public-domain or similar terms.

Users may only use App-provided content within the scope permitted by the App and any applicable license terms.

Users may not:

• Extract and resell App assets as standalone content;

• Redistribute built-in samples as a competing content library;

• Claim ownership of App-provided materials;

• Remove copyright or attribution notices; or

• Use App content in violation of applicable licenses.

If you believe that any built-in content infringes your copyright, submit a notice using the procedure described in this Policy.

9. Third-Party Content and Services

The App may allow users to open, import from, export to, or share through third-party applications or services.

We do not control content hosted or distributed by third parties and are not responsible for their copyright policies, removal procedures, or legal practices.

Copyright complaints involving third-party services should be submitted directly to the relevant service provider.

10. No Legal Advice

This DMCA Policy is provided for informational and operational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Copyright laws may differ depending on your country or jurisdiction. You should consult a qualified legal professional if you are uncertain about your rights or obligations.

11. Changes to This Policy
