Almost the same situation happened to me. Have you recently updated to android 13 perchance?

On my Realme gt neo 3t afrer updating from A12 to A13 something broke in audio path. Same last 3 steps as yours - 96-48-96.

Seems like something android\vendor related.

It kind of annoys me how dumb android audio is. It's always been bad and there is never any way to fix it or modify the system without root. Speaking of, since root has been solved on this phone, is there any good solution to audio woes, maybe even completely bypass the android mixer?

Hello to the Denon Team, I ask you some information it would be possible to implement an options on the mixer for the selection of the output channel in order to manage the default recording perifica on android. I often connect my smartphone to do live streaming on platforms like TIKTOK that do not use apps on a pc and therefore I am forced to connect an additional usb sound card with a recording channel just to make it work. A real shame not being able to connect the mixer since being multichannel android by default it uses CH1 to acquire the audio while the mixer with the latest updates alone the Broadcast mode selection. I believe that for the developer to sign the operation is very simple and would be very useful on all prime devices given the spread. This could be another good reason not to choose competitors!Greetings DJ Antonio

I tried this with my Samsung S20 and even though the mixer was recognized as a sound card, I was not able to record any videos with USB audio. Recording just does not start. And the phone started heating up, so I gave up.

So I thought, the M20D would be a great alternative to conventional mixers. But when I read that Android Tablets are not supported (so far), one of the killer features (to remote control the mixer) isn't available to us because we do not own an iPad.

It's a grumble brought up many many times and one for which there has been a perfectly good answer given. If Android control is a deal breaker, go buy something that offers android control... there's considerably more that don't than do!

Every windows PC is different, never stopped anyone making programs for windows! The Android "play store" is full apps, some of them very simple and amateur, that work flawlessly across all android devices!

As a modern software developer, I can say you are entirely incorrect. This image shows how many different hardware/os configurations an android developer has to support: Android-fragmentation.png vs iOS: ios_fragmentation.png-900x424.png. This images shows the different screen sizes that you have to take in to account as an android dev vs iOS dev: screen-sizes-android-ios.png.

IDE's might make it easier to port a code base, but the UI elements are hell to manage on android, and the fact that each hardware implementation of android is different makes any app much more susceptible to bugs because you can't test on each hardware model without a significant time and cost commitment.

Line6 would have to create lots of similar (but different) apps and test them all individually. That's a lot of testing since there are so many functions in the mixer and so many different situations to test.

The android play store has a part were you can see all the apps you already installed with your google account. I use the same account for years so I have plenty apps on there. Every time I buy a new android device I just go there and install the apps I use the most on it. I always works the same! No problems!

Most apps connect to web sites or other online servers. The one to control a mixer (M20d, Mackie or Behringer) probably needs to perform low-level network communication, not simply web accesses. This is where things can get different.

I have ipad and mostly use mac but I have a galaxy note 4 android phone. I can tell you that for whatever reason any of the apps that I have that run on both devices work better on the ipad. Less glitch, less lag, more options. I can't talk to the details as to why that is, but it is apparent. Simpler games seem to work as good but even then there are times when they lock up or just somehow go into slow motion.

The Ui series are a 'budget' option, basically. Much cheaper than the M20D and quite a lot less capable. The cheapest model starts at $399... just shows how the price of digital mixers is falling, and falling fast.

I want to create an audio mixer (DJ music track) kind of app which can create Dj mixer of an audio song. User can select a music song track that can be mixed with two or more separate rhythm, bass or beat tracks to create a new modified Dj music.

So a stand mount for the tablet, a short cable/Y into a stereo DI, and a pair of mic cables to 2 mixer channels should do the trick. The DI might need space to be mounted near the tablet since the cable won't reach the floor.

If you want to create music or sounds with your mixer but want them on your phone, you can do that. This wikiHow will teach you how to record from a mixer to your Android or iPhone. You'll need to download third-party software for an Android that has the features you need to change audio sources (like BandLab), but GarageBand should come pre-installed on an iPhone and already have the capability to record from external audio. You'll also need some adapter cables (like a TRS to TRRS cable or a Lightning/USB to TRRS cable).

UC Surface gives you all the tools you need to ensure the audio signals on your network arrive at their intended destinations.

When I'm on teams, zoom, discord & messenger or any type of phone call it lowers the volume on my iPad and iPhone of all other applications and it's the reason I'll have to switch to android if it isn't fixed ! There should be a setting or a volume mixer (even if it's deep in settings ) it doesn't matter how! Even a toggle to disable the audio dampening? All that matters is that I can actually view media that's sent to me at work without having to disconnect from a call to do so !

XDA forums suggest a "MOD" that involves modifying your mixer_paths.xml file located at /system/etc/ (root access naturally required) to increase your speaker or headphone volume beyond the set limits:

I want to use Spotify and a running speed tracker app at the same time, but Spotify is much louder than the other app and so I cannot hear it when both running simultaneously. Is there a way I can turn the volume down on one app but not the other, similar to volume mixer in Windows?

Note: app can change volume levels only if you open the app which you configured. there is no possibility in android to change volume levels for background running apps. only apps those are on foreground and open by user, only for those app automate volume control can work.

The keywords in that quote are "there is no possibility in android to change volume levels for background running apps". When you have one app in the foreground, all other apps are in the background, and Android still provides no way to control the sound volume of background apps.

In this step-by-step guide, you will learn how to connect your phone to your audio mixer and your audio mixer to your phone. You will be able to play audio from your phone or stream the output of your audio mixer with your phone.

If you want to use streaming software, you can use any of the options below with the connection methods described in this guide. Sometimes you may need to connect your audio mixer after opening the software, and for some apps, you will need to connect the audio mixer before launching. You may need to experiment with this a little. 2351a5e196
