Repair Method For Bathroom Siphon

The siphon or box is a water-fed box with a push of a button or a hand-pull. It’s necessary toilet parts like other toilet parts (eg. toilet fill valve, float valve, pull chain etc.). This water is discharged or drained to clean the bathroom. There are many types of siphons we use with different colors. Siphons are usually made of ceramic or plastic.

What makes the Siphon?

1- Compilation.

2 - Browning suction is to connect the siphon to the bathroom base to enter the water to the bathroom.

3 - The arm of the buoy is either copper or plastic.

There are two sets of valves inside the box (set of discharge valves and set of float valves) which are

1 - operating hand.

2. The operating arm is connected to the operating hand.

3 - The thread of the discharge valve is reached between the operating arm and the valve or the package stop at the bottom of the package box.

4 - Couch lashes are located below the valve or stop of the package.

5. The valve attachment is located below the rubber lashes, but outside the box.

6 - A float located in the box from the top is a balloon of rubber.

7 - The arm of the buoy and it reaches the buoy by the valve or the lock of the buoy, which is connected to the pipe out of the water (feeding pipe) from the top.

8. The bottom of the water exit pipe outside the box is connected to the lock of the buoy and connected to it by a nickel link connected to the box feeding water tanker.

9 - surplus pipe and located between the water exit pipe and the thread of the discharge valve and it discharges the water that exceeds the capacity of the prescribed box

How to make a siphon or a box.

The siphon or the packing box performs the first two operations, filling the box with water and the second discharging the water from it.

How is the Siphon filled?

The siphon is filled with water by the float valve. If the box is empty, the buoy is facing downwards so the water will enter the box until it reaches a certain limit. The buoy will rise to the top.

How does the expulsion take place?

By pressing on the operating hand, the actuator pulls the thread of the package, opening the discharge valve and pushing the water out of the box to the bathroom, causing the buoy to drop and open the valve and turn the circuit again
