Lucas' DIY Dog-Wash provides self-service dog wash stations for customer use. We do not offer full-service grooming.
Customers are responsible for handling and supervising their pets at all times.
The facility operates without staff on-site. Users must follow all posted instructions and use the equipment responsibly.
Reservations are required to access the facility. Walk-ins may be accommodated if a station is available.
Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, before using the facility.
Aggressive or uncontrollable dogs are not permitted for the safety of all guests.
Customers must properly secure their dog using the provided safety restraints while in the wash stations.
Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Lucas' DIY Dog-Wash is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents that occur while using our facility.
Customers assume full responsibility for their pets’ behavior and well-being during their visit.
Any damage to equipment caused by improper use may result in charges to the responsible customer.
Customers must clean up after their pets using the waste disposal stations provided.
Washing of non-pet items (e.g., shoes, clothing, or household items) is strictly prohibited.
Customers must use only the shampoos, conditioners, and tools provided by Lucas' DIY Dog-Wash unless otherwise approved.
All users must leave their station clean and ready for the next guest. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
All reservations must be made online or through an approved booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds are not provided for missed reservations or early departures. If an issue occurs with the facility or equipment, please report it using the provided contact method.
Lucas' DIY Dog-Wash reserves the right to revoke access to anyone who does not comply with these terms or poses a risk to other users or pets.
