I've been home brewing on & off for last 5 years or so using the standard KITS you can pick up in your local HomeBrew Store from the likes of Coopers, John Bull, Youngs etc.
This was great fun and actually a lot easier to do that I had initially thought (the hardest part is the waiting), there's a lot of great free information & advice out there on the web.
Results from my first few brews varied quite a bit from beers that were way too fizzy, to beers that were completely flat, and definitely beers that i wouldn't brew again.
So after a few false starts, last year I, along with my brother decided to take the plunge and start All Grain brewing.
