Statement regarding the passing of Dr. Timm: 

We regret to inform our clients of the passing of Dr. Timm. A letter from his family regarding this sad news and the future of the clinic will be available to read in the "Resources" section of our website. We extend our deepest condolences to Dr. Timm's family, friends, and clients/patients during this difficult time.

**New Policies as of January 1, 2024: 

We will collect a nonrefundable deposit of $40 at the time of any surgical/dental procedure scheduling. We regret to inform you that we will be implementing this new policy due to the number of no-shows without a timely notice to cancel or reschedule their surgical/dental appointment. Surgical/dental appointments are in high demand and our goal is to provide quality care in a timely and compassionate manner. If you must reschedule, please do so with at least a 48-hour notice to allow another patient to have access to the appointment (your $40 deposit will be forwarded to the rescheduled date). Cancellation of your appointment within the 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. 

Unfortunately, due to the amount of returned checks we have received we will no longer be accepting personal checks. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
