My teaching philosophy rests on the idea that education should enable students to reason from first principles rather than memorize facts. My goal in teaching is to build three qualities in students: conceptual clarity, curiosity, and confidence. By emphasizing fundamentals and encouraging exploration, I aim to help students not just learn economics but also develop ways of thinking that will serve them long after the classroom.

This was one of the best courses I have done and in my perspective with one of the best professor. Every part of the course inspired me to learn and apply, I saw myself learning so much on my own something which I havent done ever in my 6 semesters here. The projects were structured perfectly and looking back I think this was the best course ever.

The lectures of the professor were impeccable. He was able to convey his ideas clearly and properly.

The professor went into several whys for each answer I gave in class, not condescendingly but really to test if I understand the concept at its core.

Intuition based teaching and Prof questioning us on why/what might be the reasons for things was effective in getting us to think.
