1. Data Collection Divvy Manager is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information (PII) to external servers. All data regarding departments, shifts, and attendance is stored locally on your device.
2. Local Storage The app utilizes a local database to manage your operational records. This data remains on your device unless you explicitly use the "Export" feature to create a manual backup.
3. Data Sharing We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your enterprise configuration and audit logs are yours alone.
4. Permissions

Storage/Files: Required only when the user chooses to Export or Import backup JSON files.

Notifications: Used to provide shift reminders and status updates.
5. User Control You have full control over your data. Deleting a department within the app or uninstalling the app will permanently remove all associated local records.
