Q: What Is the required travel documentations?
A valid U.S. passport is required for all U.S. citizens seeking to enter or transit through the Dominican Republic. Authorities have not made any exception to this policy for travelers arriving from Puerto Rico. Dominican immigration authorities will deny entry to persons arriving without a valid travel document.
Q: Can we bring guest(s) that are not apart of Divine 9?
YES! Of Course you can. We would love for you to invite and bring others so they can experience traveling with you and have fun. We just ask that at least one person is part of the Divine 9 Family.
Q: What payments does Divine 9 accept?
We accept online payments ONLY. We accept Visa & Mastercard. There is credit card processing fee.
Q: Do Divine 9 provide refunds?
No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Q: Do I have to make a payment every month?
Yes, you have to make a payment every month, if you are on a payment plan. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.
Q: What happens if I make payment but my roommate fails to make payments?
You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
Q: Can I make reservations on the event after payments have begun?
Yes, you can make reservations for the event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.
Q: What happens after I make my reservation?
Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. You can choose to set your credit card to be automatically charged every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.
Q: After I make my reservation how do I make my monthly payments?
You will be sent an invoice with your customized payment plan via email. Use that invoice each month to make your payments.
Q: What happens if my roommate drops out and cancel their reservations?
If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room, unless you find another roommate.
Q: When will I receive the itinerary for the trip?
Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.
