Messages & SMS Home Launcher (“the App”) is developed and published by Divine Softech (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in a transparent and secure way.

We design the App so that as much processing as possible happens directly on your device. We do not collect more data than is necessary for the core features.
Depending on how you use the App, we may access:
What: SMS/MMS content, sender, recipient and timestamps.
Why: To let you send, receive, read and manage messages in the App, show notifications and organize your chats.
How: This data stays on your device. We do not upload your message content to our own servers.
What: Names, phone numbers and contact photos.
Why: To show names instead of only numbers in your chats, suggest recipients and improve the messaging experience.
How: Used locally on your device only and not stored on our servers.
What: List of installed applications and package names.
Why: To power the launcher features, such as showing all apps, searching apps, creating shortcuts and quick app launching from the home interface.
How: The list is shown only to you inside the App and is not sent to our servers or shared with third parties for profiling.
What: Device model, OS version, language, basic crash logs and performance data.
Why: To improve stability, fix bugs and optimize performance.
How: This may be processed via analytics or crash reporting tools.
What: General usage events (e.g. screens visited, features used).
Why: To understand which features are popular and improve the App.
We may integrate third-party advertising and analytics SDKs (for example, services provided by Google or similar providers). These third parties may collect identifiers (such as Advertising ID), approximate location or usage data to show relevant ads and measure performance.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data collected by third-party SDKs is handled according to their own privacy policies.
Where required, we ask for your consent for personalized advertising.
You can usually reset or limit your advertising ID from your device settings.

To let you read, send, receive and manage SMS/MMS messages inside the App.
READ_CONTACTS
To match phone numbers with contact names and photos.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
To show incoming message notifications and launcher tips.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
To display your installed apps and provide launcher functions such as app search and shortcuts.
INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
To connect to the internet for ads, updates, and error reporting.
We request only the permissions required for the described features. You can choose to deny certain permissions; however, some features may not work properly without them.
Most personal data (messages, contacts, installed apps list) is stored only on your device.
If limited data is sent to our service providers (for ads, analytics or crash reports), we instruct them to use it only for providing their services to us.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
