Thank you for your interest in diversifying the STEM teacher pipeline. This website is intended to be a starting point to quickly access strategies that others in the field are using to recruit and retain pre-service teachers from historically underrepresented groups into STEM teaching. This website contains example strategies and associated profiles of groups implementing those strategies and a list of resources.
