What diversity in learning means to me:
Diversity in learning is when all learners, both neurotypical and neurodivergent, are capable of meeting their individualized learning goals. All learners should be able to approach concepts with "choice," in expressing their knowledge and thinking. It is important that all learners thrive in an empathetic-centred environment .
Nisrine works in a school and oversees the quality of teaching and learning. She majored in Early Childhood Studies, Leading Teaching and Learning and School Senior Leadership.

Embracing differences and synergizing with others while realizing the power of socializing creativity in diverse learning environments in the pursuit of creating a better present and future for all.
Noor has a bachelor's degree in Multimedia and Web development, worked in technical support, and web development and is following her passion for being an educator. Currently doing MET Program.

The complete belief that being diverse is the norm. Utilizing our differences to achieve best practices within education, employment and society. More diversity means more knowledge.

Overcoming our natural instincts and empathetically and objectively understanding what's new and uncertain, (even when we don't necessarily agree)!
