What is your (our fee)? 

This depends on the size of the home and how much work is involved. We can give you a quote in as little as 24 hours after walking through the home.

What happens to everything post sale?

We offer donation coordination, arranging charitable donations and providing receipts when applicable.

We also offer clean-out services where we remove unsold items and leave the home broom-clean or ready for listing.

High end items that did not sell can be listed for sale on our ecommerce sites and local marketplace.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we accept all forms of payment.

Do you accept bids?

Yes

What happens if there is severe weather?

We will work with the customer to arrange for another date, if possible. 

Can someone still be living in the home during a sale?

Yes.
