What payment methods are available?

Pay online using iK Pay Link, which enables EFT, Mastercard and Visa payments online.  You will receive a digital invoice containing a  link, which directs you to a secure payment page.

Are the payment methods listed on the website secure?

Yes! iKhokha is a gateway that utilises the 3D Secure protocol for users' authorisation when they pay for their purchases online. To make an online payment via such a secure payment gateway, a cardholder should prove their identity by entering a code, or a password. 

When can I expect my parcel to be delivered?

Once your order is ready to be shipped from the head office, the following options apply. This may depend on the size/quantity of the parcel(s):

Courier: (2 to 4 days)
R155 for up to 25kg and then R8 per kg over 25kg

Pep Paxi: (7 to 9 days)
R70 Small Packet (approximately 5 items)
R110 Large Packet (approximately 15 items)

You will receive updates regarding your order status through a tracking number provided by the courier.

How do I verify the sales representative's relationship with the company?

Delance Cosmetics distributors/members are assigned a unique membership number after their first order.
