In conjunction with the 27th International Conference on Distributed Computing & Networking (ICDCN 2026)
Jan 6, 2026 - Jan 9, 2026
Nara, Japan
The 1st Workshop on Reimagining Distributed Computing for LLMs (DistLLM) focuses on addressing the critical challenges in scalable, efficient, and reliable distributed training, fine-tuning, and inference of large language models (LLMs) and deep neural networks (DNNs). It brings together experts from distributed systems, networking, and AI to explore topics such as multi-dimensional parallelism, communication protocols, distributed scheduling, fault tolerance, network-aware system design, multi-cluster training, and specialized LLM deployment for edge computing. The workshop aims to advance solutions for the infrastructure demands of modern AI models while leveraging LLMs to optimize distributed computing itself.
