We will send the customer a cost estimate via email which will eventually need to be followed by confirmation from the customer. A delivery address is required to calculate shipping costs.
SHIPPING - ITALY
Necessary data
Private customer: the name and surname of the recipient, the address, the possible delivery address of the goods, the tax code that will be included in the invoice (transport document), a telephone number and an e-mail address.
Non-private customer: the company name of the recipient, the address, the possible delivery address of the goods, the VAT number, a telephone number and an email address.
Quantity per shipment
Minimum 6 bottles for any product or multiples of 6. The carton can be assorted.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods ordered and the delivery address.
Receipt of the ordered goods
If the customer does not have the possibility of receiving the ordered goods at any time of the day or week, or in certain time slots which would possibly be communicated to the courier, the customer has the possibility of being contacted by telephone by the courier, to agree on the time of delivery. (recommended choice)
The courier makes two call attempts, if the customer has chosen to be contacted by telephone to arrange delivery, and after two attempts the courier opens a stock which has a cost. Then check your mobile phone if there are any calls from the courier and contact the courier if necessary.
Any further attempts by the courier to deliver the ordered goods are not free if there is no one present ready to receive the goods.
The cartons and the closing tape bear our company name. Upon arrival of the ordered goods, check the condition of the carton or cartons, take a photo if necessary, place the reservation on the receipt and promptly notify us. This makes it easier for us to reintegrate the shipment. The goods that are shipped are insured.

Non-private customer: the company name of the recipient, the address, the possible delivery address of the goods, the VAT number, a telephone number, an e-mail address and the temporary or definitive excise code;
the company name, address, VAT number of the international freight forwarder or carrier;
and the license plate number of the first vehicle (van/truck) that will transport the ordered goods.
The excise code is assigned by the Customs Agency.
Or, if the customer does not have an excise code, the customer can contact an importer or an international freight forwarder in their country who has an excise code. The international freight forwarder will take care of the transportation and customs clearance of the ordered goods. In this case, the excise code of the importer or international freight forwarder must be communicated to us in addition to the data indicated above.
SHIPPING - REST OF THE WORLD, EXTRA EUROPE
Necessary data
Non-private customer: the company name of the recipient, the address, the possible delivery address of the goods, the VAT number, a telephone number and an email address;
the company name, address and VAT number of the shipper or carrier;
the company name, address, VAT number of the customs operator (customs agency) who will present the documents to customs;
the name of the customs office, the reference number of the customs office of export;
and the license plate number of the first vehicle (van/truck) that will transport the ordered goods.
SUSPENSION OF SHIPMENTS
From 1st to 31st August and from 15th December to 10th January.
PAYMENTS
Advance bank transfer. As soon as we receive the bank transfer, the ordered goods are shipped.
