Dark Ambitions (Su):
The Stygian Soothsayer is able to deliver melee touch attacks with Techniques or Nei powers on a target up to X feet away. Where X is equal to 10 + 10 Each Stygian Soothsayer level, Maxing at 60 Feet at level 5.
When this ability is used it costs 1 Wound point for every 10 feet the Spell is forced to travel beyond what it was designed for.
Deceitful Delivery (Su):
The Stygian Soothsayer is able to manipulate the way his Manipulative techniques affect a foe. He may deliver a scent-based illusion as a gaze attack or sound-based effect, or a gaze attack as a sound- or scent-based effect, or finally a sound-based effect as a gaze attack or smell-based effect.
The number of target affected is still dependent on the technique used and level of the devastator, and normal limitations of gaze attacks, scent- and sound-based effects apply (such as blindness or deafness).
Using this ability costs 1 Sanity per 4 spell ranks.
Example: A rank 12 spell would cost 3 sanity.
Kakós Loci (Su)
At 5th level, a Stygian Soothsayer radiates a Powerful 40-foot aura that causes enemies within to be overcome with feelings of despair, isolation, and loss.
Your enemies treat the aura as difficult terrain, as they become sluggish within its area of effect. Furthermore, while within the aura, your enemies cannot provide flanking, nor can they use or benefit from the aid another action. This is a mind-affecting emotion effect.A successful save only negates the Terrain effect.
If an enemy wishes to gain flanking for 1 turn they may pay 1 Sanity.
If an enemy wishes to use the Aid another action they must pay 2 Sanity.
If Sanity has been paid in a single round that exceeds 3 points - Gain 1 sanity, for every 3 More gain +1 life. This alternates back and forth between sanity and life.
