Circle of Protection [???] (Ex): The Amber Augurer can expend a Metamagic charge as an immediate action to grant himself or an ally within light of sight an Energy Shield bonus to Defense equal to his Strength modifier until the end of his next turn.
The Amber Augurer can use this ability a number of times per day equal to his Amber Augurer Level+1.
This ability can be used simply unflavored and works as above however if the spell is cast through gemstones it gains an additional property depending on the gemstone's color. If an incoming spell matches the color used, it does nothing. eg. If an incoming Red spell or red-imbued attack hits a circle of protection Red - cast from a ruby or garnet for example. The effect is nullified.
Mellow Yellow
The Amber Augurer adds X as a circumstance bonus to dispel checks against Manipulative arts techniques or secondary checks to break a Manipulative art.
Where X is equal to their total character level divided by 5.
Auger Intent (Ex): At 5th level, whenever an enemy within reach of the Amber Augurer successfully casts a spell defensively, that enemy provokes an attack of opportunity from the Augurer. If you roll a crit the attack goes off before the spell finishes and has a chance to interrupt. If you do not crit, your attack cannot interrupt as it goes off after.

Martial | Magic Focus - Mag baubles per level drop from 2 to 1.
Gain 2 Class design points used in HP, CP or Proficiencies or extra class abilities.
