Only those with a P-Rating of 1 or higher may be telepaths.
Therefore, in order to take a level in the telepath class, the character must possess the Psionic Entity feat.
As a telepath grows in skill and experience, he becomes a formidable mental adversary.
1st - Δ: the telepath may choose one telepathy bonus feat. Gain +1 Psi Rating
5th - Σ: Gain +2 Psi Rating
7th - Λ: the telepath may choose one telepathy bonus feat. Gain +1 Psi Rating
10th - Ψ: Gain +2 Psi Rating
They must meet the prerequisites for this feat as normal.
Discipline Focus: At 2nd,4th,6th and 8th levels the telepath may choose one of the Telepathic Disciplines.
When using a power associated with this Discipline, the telepath rolls d6s when determining nonlethal damage, rather than d8s.
The same Discipline may not be chosen twice with this class feature.
At 3rd level, the telepath becomes sufficiently skilled in maintaining on going telepathic abilities that it becomes almost second nature to him.
He may now concentrate on one telepathic ability that has been successfully used in a previous round as a free action,
regardless of what action it took to initiate the action.
