(s)Ylath's Rite of Thunder:
A Electromancer cannot consult her repertoire normally. Any time she wishes to prepare her spells for the day, she needs to perform the Rites of Thunder. The rite itself is simplistic, requiring the Electromancer only an hour of uninterrupted chanting an open area of outside air where weather takes place (Freeport alpha's Garden and the holodeck also function as they both have artificial weather)
Doing so allows her to access her repertoire. If, for some reason, she cannot perform the rite, she is unable to use Ninjutsu. The rites of Thunder can only be performed once every 24 hours
Lightning-blessed (Ex):
A Electromancer is used to the dangerous levels of energy, and can shield themselves from its damaging aspect. She gains resistance to Electricity equal to her Electromancer level Ă— 2.
The Electromancer has become so adept at casting Lighting spells, normal metachakra is easier to apply to the violent energy. At 2nd level, when you apply metachakra effects to spells with the [Lightning] descriptor you decrease the total spell level by 1, down to a minimum of 0.
The Electromancer's electric spells don't just do normal damage, they overcharge the nervous system of her enemies and excess energy is released a moment later. At third level, anyone damaged by one of the Electromancer's spells that has the [Lightning] descriptor that dealt damage takes half the damage dealt again at the start of their next turn.
When a 4th level Electromancer casts a [Lightning] spell, she may sculpt it as per sculpt spell without any increase in casting time or spell slot adjustment.
The Electromancer gains an inner reservoir of energy to call upon, allowing her to release bolts from her mouth at her enemies composed of electricity. At fifth level, once every 1d4 rounds, she can use her breath weapon that deals 1d6/2 caster levels in Electrical damage in a 60 ft line, usable as a standard action.
