Are The Researchers Making Sense In Their Study?

There is an increasing amount of violent video games research literature and theories about this issue. Many researchers across the country are examining the relationship between violent games and aggressive behavior in both young adults.

Many have found violent video games as being one of the most harmful things that could have been inflicted on a child. Some researchers believe that these games provide an avenue for real-life violence that would lead to mass killings. The question is; do these violent video games cause crime?

There are a number of arguments that one can make regarding the connection between violent video games and crime. There are also arguments that the research is lacking on the subject. The debate is not as clear cut as one would think. In order to truly know whether or not there is a connection between violent video games and violent behavior, the research must not only be legitimate, but it must be conducted in a correct manner.

Parents are often concerned that their children are starting to grow out of playing video games. This type of research into the connection between violence and violent video games is an interesting topic, but perhaps the biggest challenge facing these researchers is trying to prove the negative correlation between violent video games and violent behavior. The problem is that violent video games have never been proven to cause criminal behavior. These games have not been shown to make people violent. This is not to say that these games have not had some influence on real-life criminal behavior, but these studies simply haven't been able to establish this connection.

Another issue with the research about violent video games and aggression is that it takes a long time to conduct the research and collect the data. There is a lot of time and money involved in these studies, which have a lot of limitations on them.

Unfortunately, research on the link between violent video games and aggressive behavior has gone in a more aggressive direction. Researchers who are trying to prove that there is a connection between these games and aggression have not made nearly as much of an impact as those who are studying the relationships between violent video games and aggression have made. They are the only ones that have been able to prove that there is a connection between violent video games and criminal behavior.

So, it would seem that there is no direct correlation between violent video games and violent behavior. There has been a correlation that has been studied, but it has not been proven to be a causative link. However, the research has shown that there is a direct link between playing these games and aggressive behavior.
