woman can come together to discuss the ways in which their identity has shaped their
relationship with themselves, others as well as their view on psychology and the field. I envision
it as being a safe space where things such as journals are provided, where the main speaker
and/or host offers a series of questions to the students, and they can answer this in a way that
could be described as a journal entry. After this, there will be a handful of activities involving
everyone or people being split into smaller groups where the students dissect their answers, as
well as others. I think this will help counselors when it comes to a multicultural approach
because it will focus on how the students feel about themselves and the experiences that have
