BECIS is currently looking for a Site Maintenance talented professional BECIS Indonesia business unit and support the company’s growth in Asia.

Objectives:

• BECIS is operating biomass-to-energy plants (biomass steam boilers). This position will report to Operations Shift Leader and will be working on shift. The position is based in shall be based in site plant.

Job Descriptions:

• This position holder will perform work related to the installation, maintenance, operation, inspection, and testing of a variety of plant equipment including but not limited to i.e., fan, pump, piping, boiler parts and equipment, conveyor, wood shredder, and Telehandler.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to all plant equipment, including routine, predictive, preventive, reactive and emergency maintenance.

• Participate in the performance of periodic plant operational integrity and safety tests to verify the proper operation of bucket elevator, hydraulic systems, boiler, pumps, fans, and other equipment.

• Ability to be on call in case unplanned shutdown and need for fast response.

• Prepare and/or modify maintenance SOP together with the plant management.

• Order supplies and prepare maintenance service reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

• Execute maintenance tasks as defined in plant CMMS.

• Assist Operations Shift Leader in minor operations works such as water analysis, valve operation, LOTO.

• Responsible for maintaining tools provided.

• Manage spare parts, including usage and replenishment together with the plant management,

• Assist in biomass dosing outside of office hours (with a wheel loader)

Key skills/Competencies/ Experience

Experience:

• Previous equivalent experience as Mechanical/Electrical technician in process plant/power plant or equivalent industry

• Demonstrable familiarity and track record of power plant/boiler processes and system implementation

• Hands-on experience as mechanical/Electrical technician. min. 2 years

• Alignment and Balancing experience.

Competences:

• Basic knowledge of rotating equipment and boiler maintenance inspection and repair, hydraulic equipment in boiler/power plant system

• Ability to read mechanical drawings.

• Problem solving and pro-activenes.

Qualifications:

• Min. Vocational High School preferably from Mechanical/Electrical

• Candidates must be computer literate.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Hard working and willingness to learn.

Objectives

• BECIS is operating biomass-to-energy plants (biomass steam boilers). Operations Shift Leader will report to the Plant Manager. The position is based in shall be based in site plant. To manage site operation, this position will be supported by Site Maintenance and Telehandler Operator.

• Job Descriptions

• The position holder will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all site activities related to fuel warehouse activities, boiler operation, and maintenance activities. This position will be working based on shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor boiler operation and others supporting equipment to achieve plant KPI. If necessary, changing process parameters to achieve this

• Handle quality control of the boiler

• Report of boiler operation, including but not limited to working pressure, steam flow-rate, feed-water flow-rate, water pH and conductivity etc.

• Report of other supporting equipment and safety issues for daily

• Manage appropriate biomass loading into the boiler, in coordination with the wheel loader operator

• Avoid any spills and ensure the cleanliness around boiler and warehouse

• Ensure team’s compliance with safety regulations and procedures

• Provide problem solving and troubleshooting skills, work together with maintenance team.

• Identify problem root causes and take effective action to resolve the problems at hand

• Key skills/Competencies/ Experience

Experience:

• Having experience with boiler size for min. 5 years

• Supervisory/team leader experience is a plus.

• Previous working experience in a multinational company is a benefit

Qualification

• Min. Vocational High School preferably from Mechanical/Electrical.

• Holds boiler license min operator class 2.

We are now seeking a Procurement Internship for PT Tasma Bioenergy Indonesia. The position is based in Surabaya.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the position holder is supporting procurement daily activity such as:

• Database Procurement

a. Help update and maintain a list of potential suppliers.

b. Research and add new suppliers to the database.

• Data Support

a. Assist with analysing purchase categories

b. Support in reviewing vendor performance data
