I worked for Raven for a few years in the early 2000's. I started at Raven helping out on Soldier of Fortune 2 multi-player and was the game tech lead on X-Men Legends.
I have been writing software professionally since 1985. I have a degree in Electrical Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. I held a number of non-game related jobs (gasp!) on software projects ranging from Computer Aided Design to Video Editing.
My first commercially published game was "Over the Rainbow" for the C64 released in 1983. Jim has developed games published by Sierra, SegaPC, and TalonSoft.
Now happily retired, I still enjoy making simple card games and computer games, hiking, skiing and riding bicycles.
While I am retired, I still enjoy making games simply for the fun of making games. I try to make my card games easily available, and as low cost as possible given the cost of Print on Demand services. Any computer games are normally available for free, at least in some format.
