Welcome to DZ, operated by DISEY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Disey”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DZ mobile application and related services (“Platform”). By registering for or using DZ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. About DZ
DZ helps users discover participating businesses where they can shop offline and submit eligible purchase bills through the Platform to receive cashback and, where applicable, referral rewards.
DZ does not sell or supply the products or services offered by the businesses listed on the Platform. Purchases are made directly between the user and the respective business.
2. User Account
1. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your DZ account.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login details.
3. You must not create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional cashback or referral rewards.
4. You must not use another person's account without permission.
5. DZ may suspend or terminate an account if it is found to be used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Cashback
1. Cashback is available only on eligible purchases made at participating businesses listed on DZ.
2. Cashback percentages may vary from one business to another.
3. The cashback percentage displayed on DZ is applicable subject to the eligibility conditions of the relevant business and transaction.
4. Not every item or amount on a bill may qualify for cashback.
5. Certain products, categories, taxes, charges, or other amounts may be excluded from cashback eligibility.
6. Cashback will be calculated only on the eligible amount of the bill.
7. Cashback is subject to successful bill submission, verification, and approval.
8. DZ may change, suspend, or discontinue cashback availability or rates at any time, subject to applicable law.
4. Bill Upload
1. To claim cashback, you may be required to upload a genuine and readable purchase bill through the Platform.
2. The uploaded bill must relate to an actual purchase made by you at the relevant participating business.
3. You must not upload fake, edited, duplicated, cancelled, or fraudulent bills.
4. DZ and/or the relevant business may verify the bill before approving cashback.
5. If a bill contains both eligible and ineligible items, DZ may determine the eligible amount and calculate cashback accordingly.
6. If a submitted bill cannot be verified or does not meet the applicable requirements, the cashback claim may be rejected.
7. DZ may request additional information or proof when required for verification.
5. Cashback Wallet
1. Approved cashback will be credited to your Cashback Wallet.
2. Cashback shown as pending or under verification is not considered finally approved until the verification process is completed.
3. Cashback may be adjusted, cancelled, or reversed if the underlying transaction is subsequently found to be invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible.
4. You may be required to provide a valid UPI ID or other supported payment information for receiving eligible cashback.
5. Any payout is subject to the applicable payout requirements and verification procedures communicated by DZ .
6. Referral Program
1. DZ may provide a referral program through which eligible users can earn referral rewards.
2. Referral rewards may be earned when a referred user performs qualifying activities, such as submitting an eligible bill.
3. Referral reward percentages may vary depending on the participating business and applicable terms.
4. Referral rewards are subject to verification and eligibility requirements.
5. Referral rewards may be cancelled or reversed if the related activity is found to be fraudulent, invalid, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible.
6. DZ may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program or its reward structure at any time, subject to applicable law.
7. Referral Code
1. A valid referral code may be required for your account to become eligible for cashback.
2. You may enter a valid referral code during registration or through the applicable feature provided by DZ.
3. The referral code must belong to an eligible DZ user.
4. Once a referral code has been successfully applied, it may be permanently associated with your account and may not be changed, except where DZ expressly permits otherwise.
5. Invalid, fraudulent, self-referral, or improperly used referral codes may be rejected.
8. Participating Businesses
1. Businesses displayed on DZ are independent third-party businesses.
2. DZ does not manufacture, sell, or directly supply the products or services purchased from these businesses.
3. Product quality, pricing, availability, returns, refunds, warranties, and other matters relating to your purchase are primarily between you and the respective business, subject to applicable law.
4. DZ may add, remove, suspend, or modify business listings on the Platform.
9. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Upload fake, edited, duplicated, or fraudulent bills.
- Upload another person's bill as your own.
- Create multiple accounts to obtain additional cashback or referral rewards.
- Manipulate bill information or transaction details.
- Attempt to obtain cashback or referral rewards through fraudulent means.
- Use bots, scripts, automated systems, or other unauthorized methods to interact with DZ .
- Attempt to access another user's account.
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the Platform.
- Exploit technical errors or bugs to obtain unauthorized benefits.
- Use DZ for any unlawful purpose.
DZ may suspend or terminate accounts and cancel associated rewards where prohibited or fraudulent activity is identified.
10. Cashback and Referral Reward Cancellation
DZ may cancel, withhold, adjust, or reverse cashback or referral rewards if:
- The submitted bill is found to be invalid or fraudulent.
- The transaction is cancelled or refunded.
- The same transaction is submitted more than once.
- The transaction does not satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements.
- Multiple or duplicate accounts are used to obtain rewards.
- The reward was credited due to a technical or calculation error.
- The activity is otherwise found to violate these Terms.
11. Changes to the Platform
DZ may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform, including cashback, bill upload, referral rewards, or other services.
Where required by applicable law, users will be provided with appropriate notice of material changes.
12. Intellectual Property
The DZ name, logo, software, design, text, graphics, and other content available through the Platform are owned by or licensed to DZ and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use DZ's intellectual property without prior written permission.
13. Privacy
Your use of DZ is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and process your personal information.
14. Suspension or Termination
DZ may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or otherwise misuse the Platform.
Upon termination, any pending or unapproved cashback or referral rewards may be cancelled where permitted by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
DZ may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, services, or applicable laws.
The updated Terms will be made available through the Platform or website. Continued use of DZ after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or your use of DZ shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
