Q: Will you engrave a cup I already own?
A: Unfortunately, no. There is always a risk that a cup may get ruined during the engraving process. We provide the cup!
Q: Do I need to make a downpayment for my order?
A: As most of our products are personalized, a 50% deposit from the total is required. Cash payment or e-transfer is accepted.
Q: Can I see a mock up before I place my order?
A: Absolutely! We recommend you to see a mock up before confirming your order. This is a great way to preview the design on the item and to ensure it's what you are expecting to be!
