DiscUtils Terms of Service:

DiscUtils Terms of Service apply to all DiscUtils bots and products.  These terms apply to every user of our bots.  By adding one of our bots to your server, you agree to our Terms of Service.

• You may not sell anything our bot offers under any circumstances. 

• You may not intentionally spam the bot to attempt to break it. 

• You must abide by all Discord ToS. 

• Users under 13 are not permitted to use DiscUtils.

• We reserve the right to deny any server or user access to our services for any reason.

• Premium purchases are not refundable under any circumstances.

• We reserve the right to update our Terms of Service at any time.  It is your responsibility to check for updates.

• DiscUtils is not held responsible for bugs within our systems.  We will work to ensure that our systems are up to date, and we will work to patch bugs quickly, but we are not held legally responsible to these issues should they arise.
