Shopping List!
The following is a list of some things you will certainly need and others you might want to consider getting for our trip. Here is the link to the list of ideas I’ve compiled on Amazon.
Must Haves:
Portable charger If you’re like me, you may take so many photos or videos that you drain your phone battery by noon. Charge this at night and you can then charge your phone on the go. Just remember to bring a charging cord.
International adaptors so you can actually plug in your chargers while we’re in Greece
Cross body bag These come in handy during our day trips. You can carry what you need and be protected from pick-pockets without having to carry your whole backpack
Small first aid kit. Use a zip-lock. Have extra band-aids, pain reliever, and rehydration packets inside
Transparent quart-size toiletry case We’ll be flying! So make sure that your 3.4 ounces or smaller liquids, gels, and aerosols can fit
Refillable water bottle You need one! But it doesn’t have to be fancy. In fact, you can refill a plastic one. Just drink water!
Highly Suggested:
Portable fan It will be hot! Consider an electric one that you can charge at night
Shade umbrella These can cool you down a few degrees while we’re out in the sun. Very useful!
Refreshing face wipes Good for after traveling and need a quick freshen up before touring. (Like after flights)
Stuffable travel neck pillow You can fill it with clean clothes & wear it on the airplane. Saves space!
Other Ideas:
Shampoo and conditioner in bar form. Save space for other liquids.
Laundry sheets - put in water and it becomes soapy. If you want to wash clothes in sink.
Mini roll of toilet paper or tissues. In case you go into a restroom and there is no toilet paper
Bathing sponge with soap already in it, with resealable bag. If you like using a loofah in the shower. Also saving liquid space.
Mini Clif bars or non-melting snacks. Good to have in in the backpack in case you get hungry.
Mini Febreze for fabric in case by day 7 some clothes are getting stinky.
Cooling towel People used the fans and umbrellas to cool off more than this, but it’s an option!
