Civil Engineering is the type of engineering pertaining to large system, infrastructure and planning. Civil engineers work with others to build roads, bridges, sewage treatments, and countless other city staples. They use large amounts of planning, modeling and construction to achieve their goals.

A bridge is typically made by a structual or civil engineer and is used to cross large gaps in a safe and sturdy way.
