Information We Collect
DisconnectApp may store your onboarding answers, selected focus goals, selected protected apps, reminder preferences, and app usage/intervention history needed to operate the app.
Screen Time and Family Controls
DisconnectApp uses Apple’s Screen Time, Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks to let users select apps to protect and to show reminders or shields. Apple does not reveal the names of all selected apps to us in a personally identifying way beyond what is needed for the app’s functionality.
How We Use Information
We use this information to personalize nudges, schedule reminders, show shield screens, track saved time, and improve the app experience.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.
Data Storage
Some information may be stored locally on your device and/or in our backend services if account features are enabled.
Children
DisconnectApp is intended for personal productivity and device management. It is not designed to collect personal information from children.
