What is Discipline+?

Discipline+ is a personal discipline and planning app that combines daily organization, planning, family routines, work tools, and progress tracking in one place.

Do I need an account to use Discipline+?

No. Core functionality is available without signing in. On the authentication screen, users can choose “Continue as Local User.” Sign in with Apple is optional and may be used for account-based and synchronization-related functionality.

Is Discipline+ a subscription?

No. Discipline+ is offered as a one-time purchase for $9.99. There are no monthly or yearly subscription fees and no recurring subscription charges.

Is there a free trial or discount?

Discipline+ is currently offered as a one-time purchase. Please check the App Store listing for current regional pricing.

Is the Kids feature a medical or therapeutic tool?

No. The Kids feature is a family organization and routine tool. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic product.

Do the Work tools replace Microsoft Word or Excel?

No. Discipline+ includes its own lightweight built-in document and spreadsheet tools for notes, planning, and simple tracking. It is not affiliated with Microsoft Word or Excel and is not a full office-suite replacement.

What devices does Discipline+ support?

Discipline+ supports iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

What languages does Discipline+ support?

Discipline+ supports English, Kyrgyz (Кыргызча), Russian (Русский), Spanish (Español), Simplified Chinese (中文简体), Arabic (العربية), and Hindi (हिन्दी).

How does Discipline+ use my information?

Discipline+ may use Name, Email Address, Phone Number, User ID, Photos or Videos, and Other User Content for App Functionality where applicable. We do not use this information for advertising or tracking.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is available through the Profile section of the app.
