'Disaster Helper' App collects Location data to enable below features even when the app is closed or not in use.
-->To provide the nearest available 'Helpers' during Disaster.-->Allows the HELPER to track the USER, when his/her is in dangerous situation in Disaster.-->Increase the efficiency and smoothness of the Disaster Management.-->When you allow background location, it will give you more accuracy to find out place where he/she located.
A user who sign up as Helper, who want to do help to the people affected in Disaster now known as 'Helper'. We collect following personal information from 'Helper' :ProfileImage,FullName,Address,Pincode,District,State,Country,MobileNumber,Email,Password andLocation Data(Latitude, Longitude) - even when the app is closed or not in use .
A user who sign up as User, who want to get help from helpers during Disaster now known as 'User'.We collect following personal information from 'User' :ProfileImage,FirstName,LastName,Address,Pincode,District,State,Country,MobileNumber,Email,Password andLocation Data(Latitude, Longitude) - even when the app is closed or not in use.
Helper gets requests to do help on this application from Users affected by Disaster around 100 kilometers of radius of current location as latitude and longitude of Helper.Helper is responsible to give help to Users affected by Disaster as soon as possible.If any complain occurred by Users regarding qualitative help from Helper and any issue occurred regarding help, Developer of application is not responsible for that. Developer of application is not responsible for any issue regarding help between Helper and User .Helper is responsible to give quick help to user, if any problem occurred related to misbehave between Helper and User developer of application is not responsible for that.If Users are not satisfied by Helper, they can cancel request of help without any question from Helpers. Helper is responsible to not ask any questions for cancelation of help request by Users.Helper can not get charge of help from customer. User is responsible to do true, qualitative and valuable request for help to Helpers during only in Disaster. Developer of application is not responsible for any feck help request from any feck Users .Developer of application is not responsible for any problems occurred during helping process between Helpers and Users.When user give request for help, Helper get Information of user like Name,MobileNumber,Address,Location,Pincode,District,State,Country only for help purpose of request by user.Developer of application is not responsible for any other misuse of information of user by helpers, Only Helper is responsible to safely use the information of user. We provide great virtual platform to do help that people who want to get help during any Disaster like Flood, Earthquake, Storm, Wildfire on 'Disaster Helper' application.Our purpose to build this application is to make online communication between Helpers who want to do help and Users who want to get help during disasters by online platform.
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name,ProfileImage,Address,Pincode,District,State,Country,MobileNumber,Email,Password,Lacation-latitude and longitude. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

You should be aware that there are certain things that JIGAR R DESAI will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but JIGAR R DESAI cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, JIGAR R DESAI cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, JIGAR R DESAI cannot accept responsibility.
