Q: How often should gutters be cleaned?
A: Most homes should have their gutters cleaned at least twice a year, typically in the spring and fall. Homes surrounded by trees may need cleaning every 3–4 months.

Q: What happens if I don't clean my gutters?
A: Clogged gutters can overflow, causing roof leaks, foundation problems, siding damage, fascia rot, landscape erosion, and pest infestations.

Q: Do you remove all debris by hand?
A: Yes. We remove leaves, sticks, and debris by hand or with specialized tools, then (if needed or requested) flush the gutters and downspouts to ensure proper water flow.

Q: Do you clean downspouts too?
A: Absolutely. Every gutter cleaning includes checking and clearing clogged downspouts whenever possible.

Q: Can clogged gutters damage my roof?
A: Yes. Water trapped in clogged gutters can back up under shingles, rot roof decking, and shorten the life of your roofing system.

Q: Do I need to be home?
A: No. As long as we have access to the work area and a way to contact you, you do not need to be home during the service.

Q: Do you inspect the gutters while cleaning?
A: Yes. We'll let you know if we notice loose hangers, leaks, sagging sections, or other issues that may need repair.

Q: Do you clean second-story gutters?
A: Yes. We clean gutters on both single-story and multi-story homes.
