Cancellation Policy: In the event that you cancel our services after the first cleaning and without an ongoing contract, a one-time cleaning fee will be charged to your account.
Inactive Account Status: Our routing system is designed to automatically mark your account as inactive if there are consecutive skips for cleaning service. This helps us manage our resources efficiently and maintain a consistent schedule.
Communication for Rescheduling or Skipping: We kindly request that you notify us in advance, either by text or email, if you need to reschedule or skip a cleaning appointment. Failure to inform us in a timely manner may result in a charge if we arrive to provide the service as scheduled.
Service Limitations: There are certain situations in which we reserve the right to decline providing our cleaning service. These include:
Hazardous Waste: This includes substances such as chemicals, tar, asphalt, paint, glue, or other adhesives.
Unbagged Trash: Excessive loose trash, yard clippings, animal or human feces should be properly bagged before our arrival.
Building Materials: We are unable to clean trash cans containing plaster, stucco, wood, or concrete. In such cases, our operator will document the situation with pictures and provide a detailed explanation via text or email.
Trash Bag Handling: If a trash bag is present inside the trash can at the time of collection, our team will remove the bag, place it in our own trash bag, clean the trash can, and put the bag back in the can. Please note that we are not equipped to handle loose trash bags or boxes.
Stain Removal Guarantee: While we strive to provide thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all substances or stains from your trash can. Our cleaning process involves steam washing, deodorizing, and allowing the cans to air dry, resulting in significant cleanliness improvement.
