1. Nature of Services Direct Media Service is an authorized dealer for DIRECTV. We market and sell equipment and services for various channels, including Residential, Commercial, and MDU. We are not the satellite service provider; DIRECTV is the primary provider of programming services.

2. Activation Requirements All Authorized DIRECTV Systems must be activated with a qualifying DIRECTV Programming Package within ninety (90) days of the equipment shipment date.

3. Channel Integrity Equipment purchased for a specific channel (e.g., Residential) must be activated within that same channel. Activation of equipment to non-eligible subscribers or in incorrect locations is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Chargebacks By utilizing promotional buydown programs, dealers and subscribers acknowledge that chargebacks may be assessed if programming packages are canceled or if full-term payment obligations are not met.
