i reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
COMMISSIONERS CAN :
use their commission for personal use
(icon, reference, repost, etc.)ask that artwork not be posted publicly
(otherwise, i may share my work on social media sites and/or use it for examples!)request changes (during wip stages or within 1-2 days of receiving your commission)
alter the piece themselves
request a full or partial refund (depending on progress)
COMMISSIONERS CANNOT :
claim my artwork as their own or refuse to credit me when asked
use the piece commercially (unless previously discussed)
refuse to pay up front
be refunded for completed pieces
use my work for any AI, blockchain, or cryptocurrency related reason

turnaround times may vary! depending on the complexity of the piece and my own availability, they can range from a few weeks to a month or so.
