ダウンロードした後、表示されているダイアログの設定をクリックして、不明なアプリのインストールを許可に設定する。その後、戻ってインストール。基本的には、許可しないとインストールできません。

After downloading, click Settings in the displayed dialog and set to allow installation of unknown apps. Then go back and install.
