The Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is a specialized program that spans three years and is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Electronics and Communication technologies. This diploma focuses on the principles and applications of electronic devices, circuits, and communication systems, preparing students for various roles in the industry 

In 21st century, every day we are dealing with electronic circuits and devices in some or other forms because gadgets, home appliances, computers, transport systems, cell phones, cameras, TV, etc. all have electronic components and devices. Today’s world of electronics has made deep inroads in several areas, such as healthcare, medical diagnosis, automobiles, industries, electronics projects, etc., and convinced everyone that without electronics, it is really impossible to work. The rapid development that is taking place the world over in new technology areas like IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics has placed greater demand for electronics and communication engineers in days to come.

Government Polytechnic, Holenarasipura offers Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering programme to create motivated, innovative, creative, and thinking graduates to fill the roles of Electronic and Communication Engineers who can conceptualize, design, analyse, develop and produce electronic and communication systems to meet the modern day requirements.
