Oftentimes the best way in which to engage with history is not merely through text but through visuals.
Thus, these esteemed societies have procured the most evocative and enriching photo album that has ever been conceived on this mortal plane. We invite you to take the opportunity to utilize these visuals as a mechanism for transporting yourself to a different time; a different place; a different existence. These photos and illustrations are not only embolic of the history of these societies but also of the history of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a whole. Allow yourself to be transported to these past existences contained within these snapshots of history and reflect upon the progress we have made as well as the progress that will need to be made in the future.
