Dipchart Creator ("the app") is developed by Sukhmander Singh ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app and its ads handle when you use it.

What the app itself stores

Every tank you define — dimensions, units, and the calibration table generated from them — is saved only on your device, in the app's private storage. We do not operate a server, we do not receive a copy of your charts, and we cannot see or access them. Exported files (CSV, Excel, PDF, text) are written to your device's Downloads folder or shared directly through your phone's share sheet at your instruction; we never see those files either. Uninstalling the app deletes this data. The in-app Backup / Restore feature writes a copy of your charts to a file you choose to keep or move yourself — that file is under your control, not ours.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or phone number.

Advertising

The app shows ads served by Google AdMob to support free use of the app. To select and measure ads, Google's advertising SDK may collect and process:

• Your device's advertising identifier (and, on devices where it applies, an App Set ID)

• General device information (device model, OS version, language, approximate location derived from IP address)

• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) used for billing and fraud prevention

This data is processed by Google, not by us directly. You can find out how Google handles it, and your controls over it, at policies.google.com/privacy and google.com/settings/ads.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, the app shows a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) the first time it needs your choice, and you can change that choice at any time from Settings → Ad Privacy inside the app.

You can turn off personalised ads, or opt out of ad tracking entirely, from your device's own settings — on Android, under Settings → Privacy → Ads (wording varies by device and OS version).

Children

Dipchart Creator is a professional tool for tank calibration and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and the app is not configured to serve child-directed ad treatment.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. The only third party involved is Google, acting as our advertising provider, as described above. We do not share your chart data with anyone, because it never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it yourself.

Data retention and deletion

Because charts are stored only on your device, deleting a chart inside the app, or uninstalling the app, removes that data immediately and completely from your device. We hold nothing on a server to delete on request.

Security

Charts are stored in the app's private, sandboxed storage area, which Android does not expose to other apps without your permission.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, note them in the app's release notes.
