1. A Story of Compassion and Brotherhood

      The Plot: Two brothers, Vijay and Vinayak, lived in a village and farmed to support their families' livelihoods. One summer, their rice crop was affected by a series of untimely heavy rainstorms. They had a very small harvest that season, which could only support their food for the year, not enough for their business. Vijay harvested a little more.  Their harvests were gathered in the fields near their houses. After a few days, Vinayak realized that his storage may be in short supply to support their food for the entire year. Somehow knowing this, one night, Vijay's family poured fifty buckets of rice grain into Vinayak's rice heap, so that the quantity of rice grain would become enough for the year for his brother. The next morning, knowing this, Vinayak's worries about food shortage r were gone, and the families were happy.
