Climate Survey

Spring 2018, DIP prepared and distributed a climate survey to all members of the physics department. Our goal was to gather information from a diverse set of participants on their perceptions of the department's climate.  Particularly, we wanted to gauge the levels of discrimination or support experienced by members of marginalized/underrepresented groups within the department and the extent to which the department is inclusive of all.  While the survey was designed to address many different identities and experiences, we recognize the issues discussed do not encompass all forms of marginalization, so we are always available if you would like to discuss your experiences further.  For any questions, comments, concerns, or other requested analyses, please contact penn.dip@gmail.com.
