The Malikate of Dionistan commonly known as Dionistan, is a micro-nation located in the region of Ranya,Iraq. Founded on 5 August 2025 by "Dion rasul", who rules under the title of "Malik" the nation is defined by its agriculture and it's constitutional autocractic Monarch.

Etymology

The name “Dionistan” derives from a word and a suffix,Dion,named after the founder and Malik ,"Dion rasul",and istan,a kurdish suffix for "land of", meaning "land of Dion".

History

On August 5, 2025, the founder,and malik Dion rasul laid the foundations of his Kingdom micronation a sovereign territory of 2000 m², establishing the nation's territory within Ranya,iraq, within the Raparin muincipality. From day one, the country structured itself under its very first official name, the Kingdom of Dionia,It rightfully didn't make provences because Dion rasul quoted that "you can't make unity and stability if they are all divided."

It was during the Fall of 2025 in 8 September 2025 when the most Destructive war of Dionistan happened,the great cat war,some Sand cats went to attack Dionia,The great cat war occurred over Cooked chicken meat,the Sand Cats managed to occupy allot of what's now modern day new spring Wolverhampton and Charged at the door, fortunately,The door was strong enough to hold, and after a hour,they gave up and left,due to this, Dion decided to make some reforms, turning Dionea into a federation of 2 states,new Wolverhampton (Now New Spring Wolverhampton),and Outer Dionia, being the second time dionia has changed there long name,to The Federal kingdom of Dionia.

Some months later,on April 18th 2026,Dionia Experienced one of there most Destructive Weather event in The malik's life, where a once in a livetime storm made a wedge tornado that was headed strait towards The malik,before the storm,Dion rasul was going on a walk towards the grand hafta bazar(One week supermarket) but then, wind speeds picked up towards a whopping 81 - 97 kilometers per hour wind (50 - 60 mph wind) and golf ball sized hail,luckly dion managed to enter the supermarket just in time, in total,there were 35 injuries caused by this storm, Being called by the Malik the black Friday.

A month after these disasters,Dionia decided to make more reforms, renaming thereself to Dionid,Later Dionistan, turning into a Constitutional Dynasty With 4 Parties, Dionistan Democrats party,The Dionistan labours party,the Dionistan Republican party,the Dionistan socialist democratic party,and the people's union party.

Driven by this new era, Dionistan's legitmacy exploded,In 19 July 2026, Dionistan expanded there territorial claims to 5400 square meters, making it officially larger than Harmony provence of Molossia,the first elections of Dionistan also Happened in 21 July 2026, Where the Democrats and labours ended in a tie,If Elections end in a tie,The malik will choose the president,As of this Dion rasul chose his sister Elena rasul for the president,But only 4 Days after She became president,She decided to Resign.
