This Privacy Policy explains how Shelf Seasons (the “Game”), developed by Diomena Studios, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Game.

Depending on the features you use and the services enabled in the Game, we may collect or process the following categories of information.
If account sign-in is available and you choose to sign in, we may receive information necessary to create and maintain your Game account, such as:

Information provided by the applicable sign-in provider.

Unity services may process device identifiers, IP address, device characteristics, installation information, and other technical information required to provide their services.
The Game contains advertising, including rewarded advertisements that players may voluntarily watch in exchange for in-game benefits.
We currently use Unity LevelPlay, including the ironSource advertising network and other advertising demand partners that may participate through the LevelPlay mediation platform.
Advertising services may process information such as:
Advertising identifiers;
Device identifiers;
IP address;
Device type and operating system;
Country or approximate location derived from IP address;
Game or app identifier;
Advertisement impressions;
Advertisement clicks and interactions;
Whether an advertisement was completed;
Advertising performance information;
Fraud-prevention information; and
Other information necessary to deliver, measure, limit, and secure advertisements.
Unity states that its advertising services may process Advertising IDs, IP addresses, device information, ad impressions, clicks, installs, and related interaction information.
Advertising information may be used to:
Display advertisements;
Provide rewarded advertisements;
Measure advertising performance;
Limit repeated advertisements;
Detect and prevent fraud;
Maintain advertising security;
Provide contextual advertisements; and
Provide personalized advertising where permitted by applicable law, platform rules, and user consent.
Advertising providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Where required, users may be provided with choices regarding personalized advertising or the sharing of personal information for advertising purposes.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency and permanent premium features.
Purchases are processed through the applicable app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.
We and our purchase-service providers may process information necessary to validate, fulfill, restore, and manage purchases, including:
Product identifier;
Purchase status;
Transaction or purchase identifier;
Purchase token;
Purchase history relevant to the Game;
Account or player identifiers associated with the purchase; and
Technical information required to process the transaction.
The Game currently uses Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP). Unity states that Unity IAP 5.4 and later may process information such as player identifiers, installation identifiers, device information, session identifiers, country information, and purchase-related records as part of providing the service.
We do not directly collect or store complete payment card numbers, bank-account credentials, or other full payment credentials.
Payment information is processed by the applicable app store or payment provider according to its own privacy policy.
We may use information collected or processed through the Game to:
Create and manage Game accounts;
Authenticate users;
Save and restore Game progress;
Synchronize progress across supported devices;
Provide gameplay features;
Provide purchased content and virtual currency;
Restore eligible purchases;

Maintain Game security;

We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.

Unity provides mechanisms for developers to communicate applicable opt-out choices to its advertising services.

The Game may store data locally on your device to maintain Game progress and preferences.
If cloud saving or account synchronization is enabled, Game information may also be stored using cloud services so that it can be restored or synchronized across supported devices.
Stored information may include:
Game progress;
Balances;
Unlocks and upgrades;
Achievements;
Settings;
Account identifiers; and
Other information necessary to provide the save and synchronization functionality.
Depending on your device, location, and applicable law, you may have controls related to advertising and personal information.
On Android devices, you may be able to reset or delete your Advertising ID through your device settings.
Where required by applicable law, the Game or its advertising providers may request consent before using information for personalized advertising.
Users may also have the right to opt out of certain uses or sharing of personal information for advertising purposes.
The availability and operation of these controls may depend on your jurisdiction and device platform.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
Information transmitted between the Game and service providers may be protected using encryption in transit and other security measures supported by those services.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Deleting a Game account may permanently remove:
Game progress;
In-game balances;

Records maintained independently by an app store or other third party may remain subject to that provider’s own retention policies.
The Game may also provide an in-app option or external link for requesting account deletion where required by platform rules.
Shelf Seasons is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children.
The Game is currently configured as not child-directed for advertising purposes.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
