If you want a more flexible TV-listening setup for school, choose Dioche TV Headphones Over; if you need a straightforward FM headset with optical and AUX cables included, choose Gugxiom TV Headphones. Dioche has the edge in connection options and listed operating details, while Gugxiom keeps setup simple and includes the cables and converter in its package.
Dioche TV Headphones Over vs Gugxiom TV Headphones at a Glance
• Dioche TV Headphones Over: Its transmitter supports optical, coaxial, and 3.5 mm TV outputs, and the headset also offers FM radio monitoring and wired listening. Trade-off: its listed power options include AAA batteries or a 4.5V DC adapter, so buyers should check the setup details for their intended use.
• Gugxiom TV Headphones: It includes optical and AUX cables, a sound converter, and a transmitter, with an FM range listed as up to 30 meters. Trade-off: AAA batteries for both the headphones and transmitter are not included.
• For longer-range movement: Both claim roughly 98 feet of wireless range, so neither has a meaningful stated advantage on distance alone.
• For comfort: Both list memory-foam ear cushions and an adjustable headband. Dioche lists its weight as 8.8 ounces; Gugxiom lists 140 grams.
• Dioche is for: Someone who wants multiple listening modes and a transmitter that lists several TV connection types.
• Gugxiom is for: Someone who wants a basic FM transmitter-and-headphone kit with optical and AUX cables included.
Dioche is the more feature-flexible choice on paper. Its transmitter can connect through optical, coaxial, or 3.5 mm audio output, and the headphones support wireless TV listening, FM radio monitoring, and a wired connection. The listed 40 mm dynamic drivers and adjustable volume make the design relevant to someone who wants a dedicated headset for television rather than a general-purpose Bluetooth product.
For a school setting, those connection options could matter if the audio source has one of the listed outputs. The product sheet also describes the transmitter as a charging dock and lists two power routes: two AAA batteries or a 4.5V DC adapter. Its listed wireless range is up to 98 feet, with transmission described as able to pass through walls. That gives a buyer a clearer picture of the intended setup, though actual use will still depend on the room and equipment.

I’d consider Dioche if you want the extra listening modes and connection flexibility. I’d skip it if your priority is a straightforward battery-powered kit with all connection cables explicitly itemized in the supplied package details. And if you are specifically searching for the best rotatable ear cups over ear headphones for school, Dioche does list swiveling earcups—but the sheet doesn’t establish that they are designed for school or provide a volume-limiting feature.
Gugxiom TV Headphones: Who It's For
Gugxiom is aimed at buyers who want a simple FM TV headset package. It comes with a transmitter, optical and AUX cables, a sound converter, and other listed cables. The product sheet says it can connect to a TV, computer, or other sound device with an audio output port. Its dual 40 mm stereo drivers are described as supporting synchronized listening without lip-sync delay.
Its fit features are familiar and practical: memory-foam-filled protein leather cushions, a headband that adjusts, and a stated weight of 140 grams. The wireless range is listed as up to 30 meters, or about 98 feet, and the FM signal is described as able to pass through walls. For someone who wants to listen around the home without staying beside the TV, those are the details that matter most.
The main setup trade-off is power. Gugxiom specifies two AAA batteries for the headphones and another two for the transmitter, and says those batteries are not included. I’d choose it for a basic FM arrangement where the included cables and converter suit the equipment. I would not choose it expecting Bluetooth, touch controls, or a school-focused volume limiter; none of those features appears in its product details. It also isn’t a match for someone searching for the best touch control bluetooth earbuds for school.
• Best for multiple listening modes → Dioche TV Headphones Over. It lists wireless TV audio, FM radio monitoring, and wired listening.
• Best for a clearly specified set of TV connection options → Dioche TV Headphones Over. Its transmitter lists optical, coaxial, and 3.5 mm outputs.
• Best for a kit with optical and AUX cables listed → Gugxiom TV Headphones. Its package details also include a sound converter.
• Best for a simple FM setup → Gugxiom TV Headphones. Its described process is to connect the transmitter, add batteries, and switch the units on.
• Best for avoiding a separate battery purchase at setup → Dioche TV Headphones Over, with a caveat. Its sheet lists a 4.5V DC adapter as included, but also describes AAA batteries as an alternative; confirm the power arrangement suits your use.
• Best for a stated lightweight design → Gugxiom TV Headphones, narrowly. It lists 140 grams, while Dioche lists 8.8 ounces. Both products describe soft cushions and an adjustable headband.
• Best for a claimed range of about 98 feet → It’s a tie. Dioche lists up to 98 feet; Gugxiom lists 30 meters, approximately 98.43 feet.
• Best for a volume-limiting school headset → Neither is established by the available details. Dioche mentions adjustable volume, but neither sheet says it limits the maximum volume.
My Verdict
That recommendation is about features, not a claim that it limits volume or is specifically built for classroom use. If a simple FM setup and included optical and AUX cables matter more, Gugxiom is a reasonable alternative.
For school use, I’d lean toward Dioche if its connection options match the audio equipment: it lists optical, coaxial, and 3.5 mm inputs for the transmitter, plus wired listening. Gugxiom may suit a simpler setup with its included optical and AUX cables.
Neither product sheet states that it has a volume limiter. Dioche lists adjustable volume, but that does not establish a maximum-volume cap. If volume limiting is essential, confirm that feature directly before choosing either headset.
Yes. Dioche lists a range of up to 98 feet, while Gugxiom lists up to 30 meters, approximately 98.43 feet. Both describe a signal that can pass through walls, but the stated figures do not guarantee the same results in every home.
The Gugxiom details specify two AAA batteries for the headphones and two AAA batteries for the transmitter, and say they are not included. Dioche lists two AAA batteries or a 4.5V DC adapter as power options for its transmitter.
